The service

StayScoped lets client-facing teams document scope changes, send them to clients for approval, and keep a record of that approval.

Client approval, not a legal signature

StayScoped records project-change approvals but does not provide legal services or legal advice. When a client approves a Change Request, StayScoped stores that as a client approval / approval record. It is not represented as a legally binding electronic signature. Teams remain responsible for how they use these approval records in their own client agreements.

Accounts and plans

The Free plan allows up to 3 sent Change Requests per calendar month with unlimited drafts. Paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Quarterly) remove that limit. Billing is handled by Stripe; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StayScoped to send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that misrepresents the scope, cost, or timeline of real work.

Data retention

Change Requests, approval history, and client contact information you enter are retained for the life of your account so your approval history stays available, including if a subscription is cancelled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of StayScoped after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
